How many sessions per week should I train?
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend adults perform any sort of resistance training at least twice per week. This recommendation can help to strengthen your bones and muscles to reduce the risk of muscle-debilitating diseases and osteoporosis. However, increasing your workout frequency to three times per week may offer better weight-loss results by increasing your muscle-building capacity.
Can I work out at the studio on my own?
We are not an open gym, therefore you must be with a trainer at all times to ensure your safety.
How long does it take to see results?
This varies based on a number of things such as: the number of days you are training, your commitment (you get out of it what you put in to it), how well the client listens to their trainers instructions on training and nutrition away from the studio and personal limitations. On a general basis the client should be able to feel and/or see results within a couple of months.
I want to lose weight and I don't want to get big muscles, is personal training for me?
Absolutely! Among the many benefits of personal training when you begin gaining muscle that will help to raise your bodies metabolisim and burn fat. Additionally, as part of each clients package we go through an assessment and discuss resonable and attainable goals to create an individual workout plan to meet those goals. Thus, if your focus is to lose weight then your custom workout plan and trainer will be there to help you to lose and maintain a healthy weight.
