You will walk away feeling taller, stronger and more flexible! Pilates is an excellent complement to our weight bearing exercise programs because with weight training (which you need to increase bone density) you shorten the muscle and pilates lengthens (which you need for improved flexibilty)! Never tried pilates? Perfect, Fiona is patient and kind and will guide you gently and safely at your level.
